WE ARE ONLY 2 MILES FROM JUNCTION 7 OF THE M11
- From the Junction 7 roundabout, take the exit signposted for Epping (B1393)
- Continue on for approximately 2 miles
- Immediately after passing the Texaco petrol station on your right, you will see signs on your left for Happy Grow Nursery and Amwell Aquatics .
- Turn in to the lane for Happy Grow and Amwell Aquatics.
- Elmcroft is the first house on the left hand side.
AND 2 MILES FROM EPPING TOWN ON THE B1393- From Epping Town take the B1393 heading north
- After going through Thornwood Common you will pass Tas restaurant and Bar on your left
- Continue on and look out for the Texaco petrol station on the left
- Immediately before the petrol station you will see signs on your right for Happy Grow Nursery and Amwell Aquatics
- Turn into the lane for Happy Grow and Amwwell Aquatics
- Elmcroft is the first house on the left hand side.
