Our family-run business owned and managed by Desmond Rees for the past 35 years. The house was previously occupied as a family home. Following refurbishment, it was reopened as a local guest house. Within the 4 acres of open and garden areas, it also has an onsite stabling facility. Elmcroft also proudly sponsors a yearly open garden party for local charities. 

Going to London? 30 minutes from Epping on the Central Line, to Stratford International & Westfield Shopping Centre.
Elmcroft is situated just two miles from junction 7 of the M11 and 2 miles from Epping Town (Central Line)
This imposing property stands in 3 acres of land with beautiful formal gardens, providing the peace and tranquility of the countryside only 15 minutes from Stansted Airport.

The house consist of 6 bedrooms with 4 en suite letting rooms.
Elmcroft is a bed and breakfast establishment.
All room prices include a complimentary Continental breakfast.
A cooked English breakfast can be pre-booked for an additional charge of £8.50 per person.
The family / executive bedroom is 30 feet x 15 feet.
The top floor had a new balcony room in stalled in 2018 that is ideal for those special occasions.
With it's formal gardens, the grounds of the property are an ideal photo backdrop for wedding parties.
TVs - WiFi access are standard in all letting rooms.

Guests also enjoy easy access to a choice of 14 restaurants, 8 pubs and a variety of shops in Epping, just 2 miles away.
